PON. — Photos of Nothing. is developed and provided by Vessel Inc. under the circle around brand.
1. Personal information
PON. does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information in order to use the app.
2. Camera and Photo Library
PON. may request access to the device camera and Photo Library when you choose to use those features. Photos selected from the Photo Library and photos captured with PON. are processed on your device. PON. does not upload your selected photos or camera captures to Vessel Inc. servers.
3. Public images used in the app
PON. may connect to the public Bluesky API to retrieve publicly posted images for the app’s launch backdrop and screensaver presentation. This request is used to obtain public content only and does not include your photos or Photo Library content. External services may receive ordinary technical network information such as an IP address in accordance with their own privacy practices.
4. In-app purchases
PON. offers an optional non-consumable in-app purchase called PON. Full. Purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Vessel Inc. does not directly receive or store your payment card information.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
PON. does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics services for behavioral advertising.
6. Third-party services
PON. may interact with Apple services required for App Store purchases and with Bluesky to retrieve the public image feed described above. Those services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when PON. or its features change. The current version will be posted on this page.
