General policy
Because RTM. is digital software, purchases are generally non-refundable for a change of mind once the software has been downloaded or use has begun.
Cases we will review
We will review refund requests individually in cases such as a duplicate purchase, failure to provide the purchased product, or a serious technical issue that prevents RTM. from being used in the stated supported environment.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.
Payments and refunds
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for RTM. Payments and approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
No subscription cancellation
RTM. is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing to cancel.
