These terms apply to the purchase and use of RTM. — Ready to Merge.
Purchase and license
RTM. Full is sold as a one-time purchase. The current product license allows activation on up to two Macs. It is not a recurring subscription.
Payment provider
Checkout, payment collection, taxes where applicable, and approved refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.
Supported use
RTM. is designed for the recording modes and environments described on the RTM. website. Unsupported recordings may be stopped by RTM. rather than processed.
Software and intellectual property
Purchasing RTM. grants the product license described at purchase; it does not transfer ownership of the software, website, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Third-party software
RTM. includes third-party components such as FFmpeg. Those components are governed by their own licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under those licenses, including rights under the GNU LGPL where applicable. See the Open Source Notices. Open Source.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the RTM. Refund Policy and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
