Privacy Policy for SOY.
SOY. — Screen of You. (“SOY.”) is provided by Vessel Inc. This policy explains how information is handled by the SOY. app and official website.
1. Accounts and automatic collection
SOY. has no account system and no developer-operated backend for app content. SOY. does not automatically collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.
2. Photos
With permission, SOY. reads photos and photo metadata needed for Photo Screensaver, FAVORITES, Half Mirror, album selection, and the in-app Photo Library. Processing takes place on the device. SOY. does not use photos for advertising, analytics, AI training, or another secondary purpose. Photos stored only in iCloud Photos may be downloaded to the device through Apple’s Photos services.
3. Camera
With permission, SOY. uses the front camera for Full Mirror and Half Mirror. Live camera images are displayed and processed on the device and are not recorded or transmitted off the device. If you capture a still image and choose to save it, SOY. processes it on the device and saves it to your Photos library. SOY. does not upload or share that image.
4. Information stored on the device
Preferences, photo asset identifiers, slideshow order, and similar information needed to continue app features may be stored in the app’s private container. Removing the app deletes information in that container. Photos saved to the Photos library remain under your control in the Photos app.
5. Purchases
SOY. Full is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. SOY. does not receive payment card details. StoreKit entitlement information is used to provide purchased features and Restore Purchases.
6. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
SOY. contains no third-party analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking SDK, or third-party crash-reporting SDK. It does not access an advertising identifier or perform cross-app or cross-site tracking.
7. Support
If you send a support email, your email address, message, and any optional app version, iPhone model, or iOS version are used to investigate and respond. You may edit or remove those details before sending. Support records are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support quality, and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion of a support conversation by contacting us.
8. Official website
The official website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party analytics. Hosting server logs may record IP address, access time, requested URL, browser information, and similar data for security and operation. When you open external sites such as TikTok or Apple, their policies apply.
9. Apple services
SOY. uses Apple system services including Photos, Camera, iCloud Photos, StoreKit, and the App Store. Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s policies.
10. Children’s privacy
SOY. is not designed to collect children’s personal information and does not knowingly collect it.
11. Security
SOY. minimizes information handling by prioritizing on-device processing and avoiding unnecessary transmission and retention. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when features or legal obligations change. The revised date will be shown on this page.
