Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of the SOY. app and official website provided by Vessel Inc. The app license is also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA.
1. Provider
SOY. is provided by Vessel Inc. under the circle around brand.
2. License and permitted use
You may use SOY. for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with applicable App Store Usage Rules and Apple’s Standard EULA. These Terms supplement and do not replace the Standard EULA. If there is a conflict, applicable App Store terms and mandatory law control.
3. Photos and other content
Rights in photos and other content used on your device remain with you or the lawful rights holder. You are responsible for having the necessary rights or permission for content you use. SOY. does not acquire ownership of your photos.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use SOY. unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, or copy, modify, or reverse engineer beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Purchases and refunds
Purchases, billing, payment, purchase history, and refunds for SOY. Full are processed through Apple and the App Store. The price and terms shown by the App Store at purchase apply. SOY. is not a subscription.
6. Updates and availability
The app may be updated for security, compatibility, features, or legal requirements. Some functionality may be unavailable because of the device, iOS, Apple services, connectivity, or other circumstances.
7. External services
External services such as TikTok and Apple are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in SOY., Screen of You., circle around, the website design, text, logos, and software belong to Vessel Inc. or the applicable rights holders.
9. Disclaimers and liability
SOY. is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and is not limited where limitation is prohibited, including for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
